(Ciamis, Tuesday, 4-12-2018) In order to facilitate the justice seeker, Ciamis Religious Court officially launched an innovative application today. Launching of Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Notifikasi SMS abbreviated as SIMANIS, was held at 08.00 WIB in Ciamis Religious Court Versatile Room, and was attended by Ciamis Religious Court Chief, Judges, Structural/Functional Officer, Judge Candidate, Posbakum Officer, and Advocates also media crews who will broadcast this event.

In his speech at the launching ceremony, Chairman of the Ciamis Religious Court Drs. H. Dedhy Supriady, MA welcomed the change project which was the final task of the PIM IV Training Program initiated by Ms.Tikeu Rakhmawati as the participant. In addition, he believes this application will be very useful, especially in relation to Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara  (SIPP) program that has been implemented in four Judicial Institutions in Indonesia.

"Among the ease of this application, everyone can access it only by using a simple communication tool, which is relatively inexpensive (Phone/text massage)," he said. He also hopes that the application can be useful for many people, especially justice seekers in an era where people are required to keep up with technological progress.

In addition, after calling on advocates to quickly use e-court application, he also hopes some recommendation from users especially advocates related to this application in order to optimize its function in facilitating the justice seekers community. The official launch of the application was carried out by the Chief of Ciamis Religious Court watched by all Officials, Staff and all invited guests.

The agenda then continued with SIMANIS Application Socialization and Demonstration. On that occasion, Secretary of PA Ciamis Mr. Nurul Hakim as mentor of Ms. Tikeu Rakhmawati appreciated the leaders, officials, and employees for the support given.

"Although it is limited to the existing budget, it turns out that the idea of ​​utilizing the roots of communication in the form of Text Massages is able to become a breakthrough," he said when giving a prologue about the project. He also hopes for support from all stakeholders so this project can provide wider benefits, especially for justice seekers.

Publishing of Perma No. 3 of 2018 About Electronic Court Case Administration is a new era of case management systems in Judicial Institutions in Indonesia. The regulation that manifests with the emergence of the e-court application consists of several components include e-filing applications (electronic registration), e-payment (payment via virtual accounts) and e-summons (electronic calling).

In order to succeed those Suprem Courts program, Ms. Tikeu Rakhmawati as PIM IV Training participant with the support of the Secretary of Ciamis Religious Court Mr. Nurul Hakim as the Mentor, Clerk Of Ciamis Religious Court Drs. Nurman and Expert Mr. Hendra Dwi Prasetia initiated an innovation in the form of Text Massages notification service feature to support the implementation of the Supreme Court e-Court. This Text Massages notification service feature contains information on case payments, information to add a down payment along with a virtual account code and notification of rest case imprest with an option of taking the down payment manually or transfer it automatically using the system.
